To celebrate Women's Day, Redington commissioned a series of 8 videos, featuring their female employees and leaders sharing their unique experiences in the company & the tech industry. The videos aimed to raise awareness about the challenges faced by women in the workplace and inspire others to support and empower women in their careers.
Each individual video was filmed by the employees themselves, which we edited to create a cohesive and engaging narrative that functioned as a powerful tribute to the contributions of women in the tech industry while highlighting the benefits of Redington's empowering HR policies. These were widely shared on social media and received praise from Redington employees and customers alike, inspiring others to support and uplift women in their careers.
